One of my favourite places to paint is where there are people! I love to chat about my art, and also hear what others are doing with their own creative journey. I especially love children watching and asking questions. This gives me a wonderful opportunity to encourage them in their own creative journey.
I am passionate about encouraging the younger generation to embrace creativity with not just with both hands but with their whole body soul and spirit! It is such a liberating and strengthening part of our lives, and I want to do all I can to help others follow their creative heart.
The last two weekends I have began painting outside Olinda Collective. It is a wonderful small boutique that operates as a permanent market, right in the heart of Olinda. They showcase a range of products including locally handmade items, vintage clothing, upcycled products, local art and designers. They have warmly invited me onto their team, and I have committed to paint there most Saturday afternoons between 2-4.30pm.
I will have prints, cards and books and all sorts for sale in the store next week!
