There is always some fear of how cold the water will be when diving in. After a few laps, I begin to feel free and relaxed to enjoy the nourishing energising journey, back and forth, back and forth, another lap, another breath, another turn. It's not really that cold. Dive in, breathe, catch your breath it's going to be ok.
