Looking for a unique way to experience the Dandenong Ranges with friends?
We will meet up at Kapi Art Space at 1pm in one of the most picturesque areas of the Dandenong Ranges looking out over the Yarra Valley. We will walk about 3 minutes to a lovely grassed area looking out to the view we will capture. You will take away you very own painted canvas souvenir from the Ranges to keep forevermore!
I will provide the materials, canvases, and tastiest local wines and cheeses. You will get inspired by the views, receive some guidelines and instructions from me and paint while enjoying the magical view and the tasteful delights of the area.
I believe creativity is essential to us as the air we breathe, and gathering together with others is a close second. This painting experience give you both along with food and wine thrown in too! A wonderfuly delightfy 4.5 hours of painting, learning how to use oils, how to apply paint, create textures, learning how darks and lights are escential for a realistic work to emerge. Painting in the open air landscape of the area will be a real treat!
If the weather is not in favour never fear, we have a studio close by and will use images already captured as inspiration from inside our hills creative arts studio and beautiful garden.
Bring along a cardy or coat incase the weather turns and a taste for local produce and natures delights.
