Restoration

As many of you will know this exercise was writen during the Covid-19 period. I hope that as we move through this time and this eBook is read years down the track that we can remember the passion we had during this time for connecting to family, for deeper friendships, for times to breathe, and the joy we got in the simple things. The beautiful slower pase at which life became for many.

My hope is as you paint this photo you will take time to think about the ways in which you want to restore back into your life the things you may have forgotten were important. I know for me painting thie image and going through this time has reinforced the importance of family more than ever before, and that everything I do I want to make sure I make time for my boys and be available for them no matter how busy I may be.
